As a consultant, I am spearheading an AI-first initiative to drive organizational growth by architecting a scalable and robust technical infrastructure. My focus is on developing AI-driven personalization engines and automating key business processes to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency. By collaborating closely with executive leadership, I translate strategic goals into a technical roadmap and mentor the in-house development team on modern software design and AI integration best practices to foster a culture of innovation.

At this startup providing intelligent procurement and inventory management solutions for Australian dental practices, I took full ownership of the core Order Management Service and the Supplier’s Portal. My role extended into product development, where I was actively involved from concept ideation through to feature launch. I led the creation of reusable components for the product’s design system, enhancing UI consistency and development speed. By optimizing data processing pipelines and improving code quality, I significantly reduced operational costs and pre-production bugs while maintaining high system uptime through critical production support.

I partnered with Business Analysts to implement solutions for several key projects, including the development and integration of critical financial microservices. I engineered core product functionalities and a dynamic pricing feature designed to significantly increase revenue. A critical part of my role was resolving complex data mapping issues within the event-driven pricing system to ensure data integrity for internal teams. My contributions to production support were vital in maintaining exceptional system availability.

I pioneered the development of core functionalities for iFunds, a digital fund investment platform, and led the development of its essential Account Management Service. We successfully rolled out the platform across multiple countries in the APAC region, leading to rapid client acquisition. I resolved complex data mapping issues for client onboarding processes and delivered numerous user-centric features in an agile environment, which substantially improved user satisfaction scores.

I developed and deployed an in-house assets and monitoring management software that significantly improved internal issue tracking and resolution times. I also provided technical support to the marketing department by maintaining corporate websites and ensuring high website uptime. A key responsibility was facilitating requirements gathering across diverse business units, translating their operational needs into clear technical specifications to drive process improvements.
